The staff of BeAPro, I recently ordered a Nokona ballglove from your company and was impressed with the positive customer service and courtesy I received. Unfortunately, I ordered a glove that was too small to facilitate the size of a softball. Upon explaining my situation with Brent, he guided me through additional inquiries to ensure the fit, style, and size would be correct on my reorder. Brent patiently walked me step by step through the different styles. He took his time to expand on the differences and levels of quality, even though it was after 6:00 p.m. Eastern daylight savings time. I feel most customer service agents would have simply attempted to end the call, since it was quitting time, and shown no regard for the customer. Since I am extensively involved in customer servicing within my career as a Technical Training Instructor for PPG Industries Automotive Refinishing Unit, I value the worth and commitment of those who, like myself, respect the value of the customer.
